Significant Projects

Hanson – Ran a fleet of 90 trucks and a network of 12 concrete batching plants in Sydney which produced and supplied over 1 million cum of premix concrete per annum.

Boral – Grew the profit for a large-scale source separated construction and demolition recycling business five-fold over a 7-year period. This was achieved via brown fields & greens field expansions, as well as substantial efficiency gains. The business received and processed over 1.5 Mtpa of crushed concrete and brick material.

During this period Boral helped to develop the market’s acceptance of recycled materials through improved quality standards and technical trials of materials where previously only naturally produced quarry materials would be accepted.

Benedict Recycling – Grew the business from 3 facilities to 6 facilities processing and recycling over 700ktpa of mixed C&D waste. Helped to grow the profitability of the business by 3-fold as well as design and build several new processing plants to assist with capacity and efficiency improvements.

Enviregen – Director of an Innovative Recycling, Resource Recovery & Regeneration business using vertical combination principles to internalise margins, improve efficiencies and deliver higher returns to shareholders.
